Commission a bespoke, personalised leather Wedding Guest Book, Memory Book, Journal or Sketchbook

A bespoke, finely crafted leather notebook or sketchbook personalised with a dedication, quote or poem printed on the first page is a wonderfully thoughtful gift that your loved one will treasure for years. A bespoke book is also the perfect way to commemmorate a special life event such as a wedding, anniversary, new baby, retirement or memorial service.

I've been making bespoke books for individuals, brands, venues and charitiesall over the world for over 15 years and I'd love to help you, too. My books are individually bound by hand with meticulous attention to detail, using heritage craft skills and archival binding styles and materials so that your investment will last for generations. There is no extra charge for personalised, bespoke work, unless you would like more than one page printed.

What's available:

You can choose your combination of leather and thread colours to suit you preferred colour combination, brand colours or home decor. Why not make your book even more special by requesting a dedication printed on the title page, such as your names, dates a quotation, or logotype? I regret I do not offer leather debossing.

Colour availability varies by size:

• A6 small portrait or landscape is available in a choice of 26 colours from the goatskin range.*
• A5 medium portrait is available in a choice of 26 colours from the goatskin range. This is certainly true for Journals, Sketchbooks and Guest Books, however for Memory Books calfskin is preferred, in which case the popular Navy Blue, White or Duck Egg calfskin only are available.
• A5 medium landscape is available in the popular Navy Blue, White or Duck Egg calfskin only.
• A4 large books, portrait or landscape, are available in any of the 18 calfskin leather colours.

*I realise this may seems confusing! It is because goatskins are small and suited to small, portrait format books. Calfskins are large and suited to large, landscape or portrait books. However, if you prefer an A6 small book in one of the calfskin colours, this can be arranged in goatskin. (The reverse - a goatskin colour in calfskin - is not possible.)

How to commission a bespoke leather book:

1. Check your deadline - please be aware that my usual lead time is around 4 weeks plus shipping from the UK, but if you need your book sooner please do ask as I'd love to help if I can. Only on very rare occasions will I propose charging a rush fee.
2. Review my Bespoke Terms & Conditions, which can be found here.
3. Once you've selected your size, format, leather and thread colours contact me with your choices. Please mention your deadline and the country you'd like your book delivered to.

What happens next:

1. Once we've finalised the details of your book I'll either direct you to purchase a particular product on this website that you can pay by any of the usual payment methods, or email you an invoice that you can pay by bank transfer. Business clients are welcome to send me a purchase order.
2. After receiving payment I'll order your materials, slot you into my production schedule and email you a sample of your titlepage for your approval or one round of amends.
3. Once I've begun work on your book I'll update you with a likely delivery date.
4. You'll receive an email with tracking code when your order goes out for delivery.
