Choose a book from the Ready to Ship collection as they are already made and ready to go! You can also choose Express shipping for an extra speedy service.
Ready to Ship books cannot be personalised as they are already made. If you have set your heart on a personalised book and have a few weeks, it's always worth contacting me as I might just be able to help if the studio isn't busy!
Please mention your deadline and the country you need your order delivered to.

Orders from the Ready to Ship collection are posted within 3 working days and typically arrive 1-2 days later.
Choose Express delivery for a faster service.
For made to order and bespoke books please allow the usual lead time of up to 4 weeks plus delivery, but you can contact me to request an earlier deadline.
All orders require a signature on delivery.

If you live near Wimborne, Dorset you can select Local Pickup (click & collect) at checkout, free of charge.
Timescale: Ready to Ship items are usually available within 24 hours; for made to order and bespoke books please allow the usual lead time of 4 weeks.
How it works:
You'll get an email when your order is ready. You can pick up your order between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You must show your email order confirmation when you collect. When you arrive, call me on 07748 759371 and I will bring your order out to you.
Shipping timescales:
Orders from the Ready to Ship collection are shipped within 3 working days and normally take a 6-7 working days to arrive at international destinations.
Express shipping is available for a faster service, orders are shipped within 1 working day and normally take 2-3 days to arrive at international destinations.
For made to order and bespoke books please allow the usual lead time of up to 4 weeks plus delivery, but you can contact me to agree an earlier deadline.
European Union
To my deep regret, I no longer offer delivery to EU countries due to new GPSR regulations that are too costly for a micro business such as mine to absorb.
Canada
Delivery services from the UK are temporarily suspended due to industrial action by Canada Post.
Ukraine
Mail services have now resumed by land to all areas without active hostilities, however delays are likely.

Orders over £20 are sent using a Tracked service, plus Signed where available.
Significant overages will be refunded.

Refund of shipping overages:
Significant shipping overpayments after accounting for packaging costs will be refunded via your original payment method.
Customs clearance:
I use an EORI number and HS codes to speed up customs clearance.
Please note that you as a buyer are responsible for paying any and all import costs, clearing and handling fees, etc and VAT that may be charged within your country.
I do not charge VAT on my products.
I can deliver directly to your gift recipient and include a personal message from you.
Enter the message in the 'note to BOUND' box at checkout and make sure you enter your gift recipient's address in the shipping field. If that
'note' box doesn't appear just email me instead.
Orders arrive in simple, sustainable packaging with a gift information sheet (excluding your financial information).
Your orders are packaged with recyclable and home-compostable materials whenever possible.
Reuse, recycle or compost: brown boxes, brown bags, film bags, packing chips, packing pillows, all papers, envelopes & tapes.
Add to general waste: postage labels - unfortunately these are not yet recyclable or compostable (but I'm working on it!).
I want you to be completely happy with your books. If you have any queries or concerns please get in touch with me before returning your order, as in some cases it might not be necessary for you to send it back.
Returns
You must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order if you want to return it. You then have 30 days to return items for a refund providing they are unused, in their original condition, original packaging and returned with proof of purchase.
Please obtain proof of posting, insurance and tracking when you return your item.
I regret I cannot pay for the cost of original or return shipping.
Refunds:
I will confirm receipt of your return and if eligible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 days of me receiving your return. It may take longer for the refund to be credited
to your account by your payment provider or bank.
I regret that as a very small independent business, I cannot refund the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions:
Bespoke (personalised) and made to order books (i.e. everything not in the Ready to Ship collection) are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, other than in the highly unlikely event that they arrive damaged or not made to the specifications in your invoice or product listing, in which case please get in touch with me and I will be happy to help.
