• Premium paper for writing and artwork: Mini Journals have 100 pages of 115gsm Mohawk Superfine plain white paper that's acid-free and archival. It's wonderful for writing in fountain pen, ballpoint or biro, sketching in pencil or graphic pens, or painting with light wet media like watercolour. 
• Luxurious materials: There's nothing like the feel of genuine leather, and the raw edge ribbon adds another dimension of tactile pleasure. This hand crafted little notebook as pleasing to handle and admire as it is to use.
  
• Handmade authenticity: Each Miniature Journal is individually bound by hand using traditional bookbinding techniques, and the pages feature traditional hand-torn edges for handmade authenticity. A Colophon on the final page gives maker, binding and materials details. 
  
• Sustainability: To minimise studio waste I make Mini Journals from carefully selected pieces of leather left over from making Wedding Guest Books. The pages are also made from perfect small pieces left from huge sheets that have been used for larger projects. This paper is FSC certified and manufactured by windpower with zero greenhouse gas emissions.
