Cork textile is an excellent vegan alternative to leather and can be used for journals and sketchbooks. I recommend portrait format at A5 medium or A6 small size when using cork. Cork is a sustainable natural resource; the bark of the Cork oak tree is harvested in strict adherance to laws which protect the health of cork forests, for their own sake and for the flora and fauna they support. There are so many cork colours available, below is a selection of the most popular options. If you have something different in mind, get in touch to ask about further colours. Whilst cork is smooth to the touch, it has the appearance of texture and some variations in tone across each piece.

Rose Gold and Natural are the most often requested colours, with Mint hot on their heels. But it's really up to you!
