Perfect for eco-conscious, environmentally sustainable weddings with a rustic, woodland or boho theme, these new Wedding Guest Books feature several natural materials chosen for their unique tactile qualities and their environmental sustainability.
Linen ribbons lend a bohemian look and feel and were chosen because linen, from flax, is one of the most sustainable fibers available, using less water to produce than others such as cotton. These ribbons are unbleached and they are woven to prevent fraying.
The Guest Books are bound in fine calfskin leather with their natural grain intact, and have 192 pages of Mohawk Superfine Smooth paper which is FSC and Green e-certified, guaranteed to come from well-managed forests and responsibly harvested, manufactured by windpower with zero greenhouse gas emissions.
Available in 3 sizes, I have also just introduced co-ordinating Journals - including a Square version - for anyone who needs a little help making sense of their wedding planning, all part of the new Ribbon collection.
I hope you love these natural materials as much as I do.
Susan

What do those professional bookbinding terms mean? Can I use any kind of glue? Where do I find waxed linen thread? Do I need special paper? Is that awl as good as the one I already have? I hear you. I was you.
